NITYA

You Are the Eternal Self —
as Source and as Expression,
Here and Now.

The mind is not the problem. Thoughts, feelings, the body, and the world do not need to disappear. Confusion is identification: mistaking a thought, feeling, role, or story for the whole of what you are.

The essential teaching

Nothing needs to be negated.

The eternal Self is present while thinking, feeling, speaking, acting, creating, resting, and living. Mind and emotion may remain. They are movements and tools of life, not the whole of what you are.

The Self is not only the source of life. It is life in expression. Nothing is outside it. Not only the body, nature, or a special place: everything is sacred.

Oneness is not created by community and is not lost in solitude. It is already present.

Two ways to encounter the work

Meet Nitya.
Explore the teaching.

The website is an introduction. The fuller teaching is explored through videos, conversations, and satsang, where distinctions can be expressed without reducing them to slogans.

Through Nitya

Learn briefly about Nitya, the background of the teaching, and the encounters with teachers and traditions that gave language and context to what was already recognized.

Through the teaching

Listen to talks, recordings, and conversations in Nitya's own voice, and explore the teaching in the form that speaks to you most directly.

Garden of Freedom

A vision for life in its fullness.

Garden of Freedom is a possible place for children, adults, animals, nature, food, work, play, rest, and wellbeing. It does not create oneness. Oneness is already present, whether people live together or alone.

Direct contact

Meet in conversation.

Questions can be brought to satsang, a personal session, or the contact form.

Know yourself.

The website can introduce the teaching. Direct conversation allows more room for what is present now.
